Welcome to St Mark's
We are a worshipping, welcoming church in a beautiful area of north Sheffield.
The weekly Sunday service is at 10:00am.
Chairs normally are in rows, but there is separate seating for those who prefer to maintain social distancing. Face coverings are optional. We continue to work in line with government and Church of England guidance. The service will be recorded and available to watch for those still shielding, self isolating or who prefer to not attend in person.
Church members have always been very generous in their contributions to local foodbanks. St Mark's church is open each Wednesday evening between 6pm and 7pm for you to bring gifts of food and toiletries. To find out the latest needs and news see the Foodbank page.
Our Kenya link
As part of the regular charitable giving St Mark's helps to support the work of Roger, one of our church members, in a school in Kenya. To read his latest Easter update see the St Mark's Worldwide page
Looking after God's world
Although the life and ministry St Mark's is maintained mainly by volunteers there are a lot of running costs involved in serving the community in Grenoside. Services (including baptisms) are free and open to everyone. All our income comes from donations. If you would like to contribute to the church's work in this village and beyond please visit our Give a Little page.

Sharing the peace
It would be great if as many of you as possible could colour in a Peace picture and email a photo of you and the picture to share the peace with everyone who visits this website. These are the ones we have so far - it isn't too late for you to do it too! It's lovely to see the familiar faces from our church family. You can download the colouring sheet from the link below. Email a photo of you and your work of art to firstname.lastname@example.org
